REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL • SHIPPING DAMAGE EXCEPTION
All LabKieds sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or products that are no longer needed. Our refund exception applies to products damaged during shipping, subject to review by our support team.
If your order arrives damaged, contact labkieds@gmail.com so we can help. This policy is subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If a product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged during transit, please contact support promptly after delivery. Damage to the shipping box alone does not qualify if the product inside is intact.
Email labkieds@gmail.com with the subject “Shipping Damage — Order #[your order number]” and include:
• Your order number and the name used for the order
• The affected product and quantity
• A brief description of the damage and when the package arrived
• Clear photos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label, where safe to take
Keep the packaging and affected item available for review where safe. Do not handle broken glass or leaking contents to take a photo, and do not use a damaged product. Contact support before sending anything back; our team will provide any return instructions needed.
REFUNDS & SUPPORT
Our team will review your order details and the information you provide to confirm whether the product was damaged during shipping. We may request additional information needed to assess the claim.
If approved, we will confirm the refund details and any next steps by email. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where available. The time for a credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
Damage caused after delivery by handling, storage, or use is not covered by our shipping-damage exception. Please contact support if you have a different order problem, such as an incorrect or missing item.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund or another remedy, that requirement takes precedence over our final-sale policy.
